No smoking. Alcohol, if you imbibe client do so in moderation as, Alison merges with client and feels what they feel and can clog a reading. Inebriated or unruly person/s will be removed and forfeit
If anyone is in breach of contract no reschedule or group seat or session will be refunded or re-scheduled all monies paid will forfeit

PAYMENT
To better serve clients schedules and guarantee requests for readings payment is due at time of scheduling in order to secure reservation for reading, healing or group
Payment is due by credit card or debit card via PayPal prior to scheduling to reserve, you do not need to sign up to pay via PayPal
All readings and groups are a timed service and you are purchasing time thus all sales are final and non-refundable and no credit
By providing your credit information you are agreeing to all herein posted on this website and written material and you agree to abide by it. This serves as notice of collection and agreement herin.
If you send credit card numbers and private information by email Alison James or anyone acting with or in behalf of will not be held liable in any way

OVERTIME
If you do not want the reading to go overtime let Alison know at least five minutes prior to end of your session or a timer can be requested at the beginning of reading
Credit card is automatically charged 45.00 each up to fifteen minutes of overtime, this serves as notice and is charged through PayPal Virtual Teminal
LOCAL CHECK
Payment requires a credit card to hold appointment, have credit card in hand when scheduling session
Check must be received five business days prior to session to be considered reserved
Less than five days credit card becomes method of payment and is charged to reserve session
Returned checks access a 35.00 processing and handling fee, charged to your credit card
CASH
Payment is by money order or cashiers check requires a credit card to hold appointment, have credit card in hand when scheduling session

We regret that canceling with less than forty-eight hours the courtesy reschedule is forfeited and considered a no show
In the case of cancellation or double booking by Alison a re-schedule date will be made within sixty days
Cancel group requires minimum thirty days notice for refund in the form of one time transfer date, used within ninety days from the original date of group.
Host responsible for re-schedule guests/site.
All group reschedules and transfers are subject to a twenty percent total processing feeLATE ARRIVAL
Late arrival honored up to 10 minutes past scheduled time for the balance of appointment time after that appointment is considered a no show
National weather warnings and emergencies can be re-evaluated
Missed session all monies paid will be forfeited, when you reschedule it will be considered a new appointment and fees applies
Session no show when payment method is by check, credit card is charged through PayPal Virtual terminal

Outside of Twin Cities or Minnesota additional fees apply
