While door prizes are an effective way for a show to build a mailing list it is not an equal exchange for the provider of the door prize donation, which gets a quick one time mention at most venues, usually with no online presence or printed marketing offered to the donation provider. Auction marketing option focuses on potential clients who desire your products and services and is not random. An auction donation becomes the most effective inexpensive marketing tool available at the show. No fees are associated with this advertising coverage or auction table space. Auction table, tickets, taxes, and advertising is provided as our thank you for your donation and supporting the show.

Great way to showcase your services and promote your products, auction tables are yet another additional marketing opportunity for exhibitors and anyone who would like a presence at the show with or without a booth in the greater community.

Courtesy up to 25 word listing of auction donation will run online and before and in print during the show along with your business name, web address, email and phone number. Picture thrown in just because (when applicable).

AUCTION DONATION TABLE

Auction is operated by auction tickets. Minimum bid is the equivalent in tickets to match the donations value. This makes for a level playing field, as anyone can purchase the amount of tickets they want and place them in the donation container of their choice. Auction is non-competitive.

People increase chances of winning by more tickets placed in chosen donation cup, all tickets have a chance of being the lucky one that is drawn.

Each donation will have its own place at the table along with business cards and donation ticket cup.

Alluring themed gift baskets ideas such as: spiritual, pets, books, healing, fitness, healing, nutrition, ideas are endless. A basket containing a mixture of products, and/or service, and/ or gift cards promoting your business is a beautiful presentation.

Complimentary baskets will be provided by request for usage at the auction table for your donation along with cellophane and ribbon if needed to package your donations.

Limited number of complimentary 8 ½ X 11 clear stands are available for usage to display your gift certificates if needed during the show by request prior.
