We aim to keep our venue intimate with a relaxed feeling, and offer the opportunity or excellent face-to-face customer interaction, without the stresses and expenses associated with the demands of a larger event

Seeking businesses that are ethical, spirit-focused and unique. We aim to have a variety of exhibitors at the show. People were buying. Background music was great! (More to come). Shorter hours please (new hours are 10-6 & 10-5). Everyone was very friendly. I liked the market place feel and open booths (back again!). Great contact with exhibitors. The show and displays where well done. There was wonderful gifted people working. Good energy in the room. Met new friends, reconnected with old. Beautiful show! I have scheduled numerous clients after the show from my listing in this site!! (listing continues to run after the show is over). Hotel is clean, facility nice and bright!. Already signed up for the next event! Good food (10% discount for exhibitors). Location and room arrangement good for me (show even bigger venue!). It was profitable! (During and after). Liked the smaller venue (Be seen, less stress). I liked the variety of exhibitors. Cost effective booths. More advertising (web site for show had over 150,000 hits per month!) (Self-promotion option are available and design if needed). Well-organized (Volunteer angels rock!). The people here are so full of light. Loved them!!! So many options so little time! I learned new things.

ONLINE BUSINESS DIRECTORY ADVERTISING
Complimentary up to 50 words per each exhibitor booth and web address and email included with phone number ($74.99 value free). That means each month after the show 12 month value is $899.99 at NO cost to you. Your personal business listing stays on website for continual advertising at no monthly fee. Fees assessed for minor changes after originals have been sent is 4.99 per change. No listing updates placed after February 28th.

SUBLETTING
Subletting is not allowed at this juried show however, split-booths ok only when pre-approved by promoter. Wall space 8 X 10 or 8 X 13 size only.
ST-19 FORMS
Required to be in the show by ALL exhibitors & musicians. ST-19 forms are required by state of Minnesota whether you sell product or not. If not filled out, promoter will be fined over $125.00 per exhibitor/musician by the state of Minnesota.
