Juried show, contact promoter to be accepted and contract will be mailed, hurry you can still get a booth
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- CONTRACT: Print legibly, sign, initial and date. Copy pages for your records.
- Mail unaltered ORIGINAL contract, pages 2-8 and ST-19 immediately. First come first served.
- PAYMENTS: 50% deposit/retainer and all options must be paid to secure booth and balance is due before January 29th after this date booth will be forfeited and no credit or monies will ensue. Booths/options must be paid in full before promotional materials go live online or in print ∞ Payment is due in full after January 29th 2010
- SET-UP: Friday 26th starting at 5:00pm and completed by 9pm. Saturday 27th starting at 7:30am and completed by 9:30am. Everything must be loaded into the show no later than 9:00am. Completed by 9:30am for opening ceremony to take place ∞
- TAKE-DOWN: Sunday 28th starting no earlier than 5:05pm ∞
- CONTRACT: Do not to alter contract or pages herein in any way. When in breach of contract exhibitor and staff will be removed from show and no monies or credit will ensue ∞
- ST-19 FORM: Required for participation in show whether taxes are required or not including Tax id or Social Security number.∞
- PRODUCTS & SERVICES: only those listed on Booth activities form or ST-19 may be offered, sold or given away ∞
- SPLIT BOOTH or SUB-LETTING: is allowed by written pre-approval by producer. Without pre-approval the exhibitor forfeits all monies paid and no credit will ensue. Each sub-letter is required to complete own exhibitor contract with ST-19 form ∞
- CREDIT CARD is processed immediately and is preferred payment method. Local checks ok. Returned check fee is $35.00 ∞
- REFUNDS: No cash refunds or credits provided at any time for any reason. Booth/s and all options are a final non-refundable sale including deposit/retainer. ∞
- NON-COMPLIANCE FINE: This serves as notice of collection on any or all non-compliance fines at $75.00 per incident and no further notice will be given before payment is charged .
- BOOTH RENTALS: AJC & SSS reserves the right to determine eligibility of any company, product, service , or applicant and, reserves the right to reject any at any time with or without notice or reason ∞
- BOOTH LOCATION AND PLACEMENT: Producer reserves right of placement and may change with or without notice and comparable replacement will be provided ∞
- TAXES: Exhibitors are responsible for own business sales taxes and federal employee tax where applicable ∞
- BUSINESS INSURANCE: Exhibitor is responsible for securing own insurance and necessary permits. AJC, SSS and facility will not be held liable for any reason at any time ∞
- TERMINATION: Should exhibitor/s decide to terminate this contract all fees collected will forfeit as payment for advertising, handling, and reassignment of space and other applicable fees ∞
- CANCELLATION: In the case of unforeseen emergencies such as but not limited to; facility damage, double booking, national weather warning, strike, act of war, act of nature, state of emergency, or any other reason the exhibitor agrees not to hold AJC or SSS, its producer, workers or successors liable for any said damages or injury or losses caused. In case of cancellation due to the aforementioned, AJC and SSS and those acting on behalf of shall determine an appropriate one time re-schedule date after all things have been considered within a reasonable time frame of 12 months or whichever comes first ∞
RULES OF AGREEMENT
- WRISTBANDS: Are required to be worn by all exhibitors & staffs at all times additional are $5.00 ∞
- MEALS: Discount tickets per registered exhibitor included in this package and no future coupons will be provided. You are responsible for their security.
- STAFF: Exhibitors are responsible for staff and compliance of contract, terms and rules ∞
- SUPPLIES: Exhibitors are responsible for additional tables, table coverings, extension cords, lights, decorations, signage, draping and backdrops, etc.
- FACILITY: No nails, tape, staples, screw-in pins or tacking of any material to facilities property. Subject to non-compliance fee ∞
- BOOTH BOUNDARIES: Encroaching on another exhibitor’s booth space is strictly prohibited. Installation of any materials, decorations that obstruct or interfere with others booth are subject to non-compliance fee if continued after first warning ∞
- CODES: Exhibitors must comply with all local police, city, fire codes, electrical codes, health and safety regulations, and all other federal laws and regulations ∞ No open flame or smoke, etc. Materials used in exhibit displays will be flame proof and fire resistant and is subject to inspection of the local fire department ∞
- ANIMALS: are allowed when designated as working service dogs ∞
- COPYRIGHT© without explicit written consent of AJC, SSS the operating of cameras, recording devices, videotaping or photographing is prohibited. A non-compliance fee will be assessed and possible removal from show with no financial recompose ∞
- CANVASSING POLICY: Canvassing, soliciting or distributing of materials or by verbal or physical means, such as but not limited to; private interests, religious, political and said exhibitor’s products or services is strictly prohibited by anyone at any time at the show in or outside the booth or in facility, parking lot. In so doing will result in expulsion from the show and offender/s will be escorted out off the premises without recompose, this includes attendees, Exhibitors and staff. ∞
- SOUND POLICY: No continuous monotonous sounds such as drumming, rattling, bells or any loud musical, electrical or other mechanical apparatus. If interfering with other exhibitors must be silenced or subject to non-compliance fee when continued after first warning ∞
- SCENT POLICY: Facility prohibits continuous dispersion by air of scented products natural or otherwise.
I have read and agree to the above contract, terms ,rules, understanding it is legally binding.
ELECTRICITY CONTRACT
Booth electricity is $16.99 per booth per day, multiply as necessary. Electric payment is due in full with contract, terms and rules of agreement. Standard wall column and permanent building electrical outlets are not part of booth space and are not under any circumstances to be used by exhibitors and electric fee applies if you plug-in. Power requirements crossing aisles will not be allowed unless installed by facility. Exhibitor is responsible for all extension cords, triple tap outlets, power strips and surge protection. 120 volt and 220 cords must be three wire grounded type. All exposed non-current carrying metal parts of fixed equipment, which are liable to be energized, shall be grounded.
